Begin your journey with the soul-soothing aromas of Sop Buntut, an oxtail soup that hails from Indonesia. A hearty blend of tender meat, aromatic herbs, and spices, this dish is a beloved comfort food in Indonesian households. Accompanying this delight is Gado Gado salad, a colorful ensemble of vegetables served with a delectable peanut sauce. The flavors of Indonesia come alive in every bite, transporting you to the bustling streets of Jakarta.
